Overview

The story centers on a collaboration between Assistant District Attorney DeCourcey Ward and a highly questionable FBI veteran, Jackie Rohr. The events unfold in Boston in the early 1990s. Having arrived in the city, strict and virtuous Ward tries to change the existing order here. He is trying to root out corruption and eliminate dishonest cops. One of these individuals is his new acquaintance Jackie Rohr. Despite his dubious dealings, the FBI officer can help Ward with the solution of many issues.
