Penance (season 1)

A psychological thriller that introduces us to married couple Rosalie and Luke Douglas mourning the untimely loss of their son. Their surviving daughter Maddie is also deeply affected by the loss and together with mother they find comfort in the caring hands of Jed, the man they meet at a bereavement counseling meeting. He initially acted as a positive force in the Douglas family and restored their faith in the future after suffering a tragedy. It suddenly turns out that something much more sinister is beginning to happen in the family.
