The long and tedious search for the police and relatives led to nothing - Green seemed to have vanished into thin air. The investigation of Greene's disappearance then engaged an experienced detective Jack Broom, who has made many efforts to shed at least a little light on this mysterious case. But alas, neither the cause, nor the motive, nor Green's disappearance itself could be found.
