Overview
American police chief Bill Hixon and his fourteen-year daughter Kelsey arrive to Lincolnshire. He thinks he can forget the hard and controversial past and start a new bright life. The daughter went with him along for the ride wishing to change the boring environment. The both hope to successfully socialize and enter the local society. The locals are naturally suspicious of newcomers and are slow to welcome them with open arms.
